RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
PURPOSE: Develop means for soliciting donations and resources to support the Foundation’s current programs, endowment, and investment plans according to the long-term and short-term goals established by the Board of Directors.
DISTRIBUTION
PURPOSE: Develops, solicits and accepts proposals for projects/programs that will augment and enrich education .
Validates the need of proposals/applications.
Determines the dollars and resources needed.
Prioritizes the needs.
FINANCE & INVESTMENT
PURPOSE: Develops a budget and financial policies.
Monitors and evaluates financial obligations .
Invests the funds of the Foundation in a fiscally prudent manner .
Timely files IRS Reports .
Recommends an auditor each year to the Board.
