Who We Are

The mission of the Conewago Valley Foundation for Education (CVFE) is to support Conewago Valley School District in promoting individual and collaborative excellence enabling students to become competent, confident, and creative builders of the future.

We accomplish this by:

• Engaging the community in fundraising through mobilizing broad community support for public schools 
• Supporting district-wide learning initiatives
• Encouraging teacher innovation and teaching excellence
• Fostering collaborative projects with community partners
• Responding to emerging educational needs
• Encourage Academic excellence in the CVSD by providing funding not available through traditional local, state and federal sources.

Filed with state and federal agencies for status as a charitable organization

recognized by Pennsylvania as a charitable organization

Adopted By-Laws

began recruiting for Foundation committees

February 2018
received notification of federal 501(c)3 status

Groundbreaking for Career and Technology Center at NOHS

Awarded first grants to teachers within the district
